The significance of Dean's Necklace, is that it was a gift from Sam to John one christmas when they were 6 and 10, and John failed to return home from a hunting trip to spend Christmas with the boys. So Sam gave it to Dean, said it would protect him, and that he wanted Dean to have it. Dean's worn it ever since. Do you find this valuable?
